What if you were told you could improve* your health by walking shoeless through the grass, or dirt, or sand?  Would you do it?  Would you make it a daily practice?

With the widespread, constant use of shoes, we’ve taken a step forward, but also may have lost something vital.  As you know, the human body is an intricate system powered by chemical and electrical processes.  Whether you believe it or not, we were born to connect with earth’s ground, and when we don’t it affects us.
